The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead will crossover next year. At the New York Comic-Con, series creator Robert Kirkman says a character from one show will appear on the other series.

American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy says he recut a shooting sequence in the upcoming episode of Cult in the wake of the Las Vegas massacre. “I believe I have the right to air it. But I also believe in victims’ rights and I believe that now is not the week to have something explosive or incendiary in the culture,” he said at the New Yorker Festival

Hip hop star Nelly was arrested and quickly released without charges over the weekend near Seattle following rape allegations.  Nelly himself took to Twitter Saturday to say he is the victim of false allegations.  His attorney and manager both deny any wrongdoing and that his accuser obviously had an agenda of “money, fame, and notoriety.”

Sam Smith announced his “The Thrill of It All” tour, coming to Madison Square Garden and the Barclays Center in June.  Tickets go on sale Thursday.

The new trailer for “Star Wars:  The Last Jedi” will debut tonight during the “Monday Night Football” broadcast on ESPN.

The “Blade Runner” sequel opened at number one this weekend at the box office, but with a much lower than projected profit.
