David Letterman is returning to television!  The former “Late Show” host signed a deal with Netflix to host six hour-long installments of a so far unnamed program where he will interview one guest each episode.  The show is expected to launch next year.

Disney is pulling all of its programming off of Netflix with plans to start their own streaming service.  Disney said it will launch an ESPN-branded multi-sport video streaming service in early 2018, and there will be a new Disney branded streaming service in 2019.  According to a statement on the Walt Disney Company's website, "The new Disney-branded service will become the exclusive…for subscription-video-on-demand viewing of the newest live action and animated movies from Disney and Pixar, beginning with the 2019 theatrical slate, which includes Toy Story 4, the sequel to Frozen, and The Lion King from Disney live-action, along with other highly anticipated movies."

Chris Pratt actually wrote the foreword to Anna Faris’ soon-to-be released book, “Unqualified.”  Despite the fact that the couple announced their separation earlier this week, her memoir with his foreword is set to be published October 24th.

Andy Samberg and his wife, Joanna Newsom, welcomed a baby girl!  It’s the first child for the couple, who are married nearly four years.

With ABC about to reboot “American Idol” and NBC still going with “The Voice,” FOX is now once again joining the singing competition game by introducing “The Four.”  The show will feature “four super-talented and fiercely competitive singers, chosen from their auditions by the show’s panel of music industry experts.”
